An ultrasound tells you three things a pregnancy test cannot: whether the pregnancy is viable, how far along you are, and where the pregnancy is located. That last one matters medically, because a pregnancy developing outside the uterus is an emergency and no test or app can detect it. Ours is free, takes about twenty minutes, and is performed by trained medical staff under the direction of a North Carolina–licensed physician.
Confidential STI and STD testing and treatment, also free. Most infections produce no symptoms at all, which is why testing matters even when nothing feels wrong. STI appointments are booked by phone rather than online.
A medical-grade pregnancy test, free, with the result before you leave. If it is positive we can often arrange a free ultrasound in the same visit, and either way there is time afterwards to talk it through with a nurse or a trained advocate. For the most accurate result, come at least four weeks after the first day of your last period.

We see people from across Concord, Kannapolis, Harrisburg, Mount Pleasant, Midland and the wider Cabarrus County area. If mornings do not work for you, our Charlotte center is open on the opposite schedule.
