Free Ultrasounds in Charlotte

An ultrasound tells you three things a pregnancy test cannot: whether the pregnancy is viable, how far along you are, and where the pregnancy is located. That last one matters medically, because a pregnancy developing outside the uterus is an emergency and no test or app can detect it. Ours is free, takes about twenty minutes, and is performed by trained medical staff under the direction of a North Carolina–licensed physician.

Free STI Testing in Charlotte

Confidential and Free testing for chlamydia and gonorrhea — the two most common reportable STIs in the U.S. Most infections produce no symptoms at all, which is why testing matters even when nothing feels wrong. STI appointments are booked by phone rather than online.

Free Pregnancy Testing in Charlotte

A medical-grade pregnancy test, free, with the result before you leave. If it is positive we can often arrange a free ultrasound in the same visit, and either way there is time afterwards to talk it through with a nurse or a trained advocate. For the most accurate result, come at least four weeks after the first day of your last period.

Talking Through Your Options

If you’re pregnant and not sure what you want to do, you’re not alone. This is one of the most common situations we see. You can talk through your options—including parenting, adoption, and abortion—with someone who will listen, answer your questions, and give you space to make your own decision without pressure.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an appointment?

— We recommend one, because it means private, unhurried time rather than a wait. Some same-day appointments are usually available, and you can walk in during opening hours for a pregnancy test.

What does it cost?

 — Nothing. We do not accept or bill insurance, and there is no charge for any service.

Do I need a parent's permission?

— Not for a pregnancy test, an ultrasound, STI testing, or to talk through your options.

Is it confidential?

 — Yes. Nothing is shared with your family, school or employer without your written permission.

What should I bring?

— Yourself and a photo ID if you have one. If you do not, tell us and we will work around it.
