Our team gives you accurate, honest information about pregnancy, fetal development, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and the choices in front of you. If you’re considering a Charlotte-area abortion clinic, your first step with us is to confirm your pregnancy and understand your options — including a free, limited ultrasound. That step matters for your health: an abortion pill cannot end a pregnancy located outside the uterus, and an ultrasound is the only way to know for sure.
Everyone is unique – no two situations are alike. We listen and provide one-on-one sessions focusing on care purposed for you. Our medical services are directed by a North Carolina licensed physician and are offered at no-cost thanks to the donors that support our community free clinic focused on pregnancy. Currently our services include pregnancy testing, STD testing, treatment and referrals, limited pregnancy ultrasounds and abortion option consultations.
